Privacy Policy

If you sign up for real-time alerts: your email address and the sport preference you choose (NFL, CFB, or All). That's the only place on this site where you're asked to enter personal information.

For every visitor, signed up or not: standard site-usage analytics (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP address) via Google Analytics — the same kind of data most websites collect to understand traffic. This isn't tied to your name or email.

Your email and sport preference are used only to send you alerts about market-signal activity (price divergences, middles, and similar) for the sport(s) you picked. We don't use it for anything else — no marketing lists, no profiling, no third-party ad targeting.

Analytics data is used only in aggregate, to understand which pages and features people actually use, so we can improve the site.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share your email address with advertisers or other third parties. A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to run the site:

• Resend — delivers the notification email our own team receives when someone signs up for alerts.
• Render — hosts this site and its database.
• Google Analytics — provides the aggregate site-usage analytics described above; see Google's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.

We keep your signup information until you ask us to remove it (see below) or until the alerts feature is discontinued, whichever comes first.

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it entirely, at any time and for any reason. Just email brad@scoutingledger.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
